Jennifer Laurence had the privilege of attending the 2024 Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA), A Household Staffing Alliance Conference, held October 23–25, 2024 at the stunning Seabird Hotel by Hilton in Oceanside, California. This annual gathering brought together leaders and innovators from the private service and domestic staffing sectors to share ideas, network, and collaborate in advancing the industry.
Representing the Private Service Alliance as an Advisory Board Member, Ms. Laurence was honored to contribute to the 2024 APNA Conference discussions on raising standards and fostering education in private service. The conference provided a platform to highlight PSA’s mission of advancing excellence across the profession, aligning seamlessly with APNA’s efforts to elevate the industry.
In addition to her role with PSA, Ms. Laurence proudly represented her consulting practice, Luxury Lifestyle Logistics. Known for her dedication to creating harmony between estate owners and staff, she emphasized the importance of clear communication, strong service standards, and tailored strategies to ensure success in luxury estate environments.
